On July 15, Ally’s Bar at Langosteria Porto Cervo will host the latest Coqtail – for fine drinkers event. Curated by Bar Manager Stefano Agostino, an exclusive cocktail menu will set the tone for an evening celebrating mixology, hospitality and the launch of Coqtail’s ninth print issue.
Coqtail Comes to the Costa Smeralda

This summer, Coqtail – for fine drinkers brings its latest print issue to Sardinia. On July 15, from 7:30 to 9:30 p.m., the international magazine dedicated to beverage, hospitality and lifestyle will host Coqtail Pieds dans l’eau at Ally’s Bar, inside Langosteria Porto Cervo, gathering bartenders, hospitality professionals, brand partners and industry friends in one of the Costa Smeralda’s landmark waterfront destinations.
Set on Porto Cervo’s Vecchio Molo, Langosteria’s Sardinian outpost expands the Buonocore Hospitality Group portfolio, which already spans Milan, Paraggi, Paris, St. Moritz and London. Here, overlooking the marina, the aperitivo becomes an opportunity to celebrate a new opening through cocktails, conversation and the magazine’s growing international community.
A Cocktail Menu by Stefano Agostino

Created exclusively for the occasion, Stefano Agostino‘s cocktail selection showcases The Lost Explorer and Tanqueray across four signature serves.
The lineup begins with a Spicy Margarita, combining The Lost Explorer Blanco, agave, lime and jalapeño, followed by Pomodoro Mezcal, made with The Lost Explorer Espadín, tomato and Ally’s signature spicy mix. French 77 pairs Tanqueray No. Ten with Champagne, elderflower and a touch of extra virgin olive oil, while Shirley Temple offers a non-alcoholic alternative built around Tanqueray 0.0, ginger ale and grenadine.
Celebrating Issue 9

As with every Coqtail gathering, the evening will also mark the presentation of Issue 9, creating a space where bartenders, journalists and members of the international hospitality community can meet, exchange ideas and discover the magazine’s latest stories.
