Who says you have to wait until evening to order a cocktail? On October 26, 2026, the new Martin Miller’s Zerø will challenge the conventions of aperitivo at Langosteria Ally’s Bar, on the sixth floor of Palazzo Lancia in Milan.
From 12:30 to 2:30 p.m., Zerøclock, an event created in collaboration with Coqtail – for fine drinkers, will bring guests together for two hours of tastings and interactive experiences. At the center of the event are three alcohol-free cocktails made with Martin Miller’s Zerø, each associated with a different time of day. The tasting offers an introduction to the British brand’s first alcohol-free expression, built around a simple idea: enjoying a well-made drink whenever the mood strikes.
Zero Alcohol, More Choice Behind the Bar

“Something alcohol-free, please.” It is a simple request, but one that comes with increasingly specific expectations. Today’s drinkers want the same attention to appearance, flavor, texture and aroma that they would expect from any expertly made cocktail. Choosing to drink alcohol-free should still mean drinking well, with equal care given to preparation and service.
The occasions for drinking are changing, too. An alcohol-free cocktail can accompany a midday break, an aperitivo or a late-night gathering, extending the possibilities well beyond traditional cocktail hours. The Italian launch of Martin Miller’s Zerø reflects this shift. Developed specifically for mixing, the new 0.0% alcohol expression arrives with a question: “Who said Zerø means nothing?”
For the brand, zero represents a broader range of possibilities, from flavor combinations and drinking occasions to the freedom to choose a cocktail according to personal preference.
Martin Miller’s Zerø: A Botanical Approach to Flavor

Juniper provides the backbone, citrus brings freshness, and a lingering finish gives the drink its aromatic character. Martin Miller’s Zerø draws on the botanicals associated with the brand, extracted as essential oils and combined with pure Icelandic water. Naturally filtered through volcanic rock, the water contributes to a clean flavor profile and a velvety mouthfeel.
The essential oils provide balance and depth, creating a smooth, layered taste that retains its botanical character while avoiding artificial aftertastes. The formulation is designed to give cocktails a recognizable aromatic foundation, even when combined with other ingredients.
Three Cocktails Featuring Martin Miller’s Zerø

The result is an alcohol-free drinking experience intended for any time of day. On October 26, that freedom will become the theme of Zerøclock, the official Italian launch of Martin Miller’s Zerø at Ally’s Bar.
Clocks and the passing hours will provide a playful starting point, inviting guests to reconsider the habit of waiting until aperitivo time to order a cocktail. With an alcohol-free drink, any moment can become an opportunity to pause and enjoy good company. The tasting begins with the Zerø Tonic, Martin Miller’s signature serve, combining Martin Miller’s Zerø with premium tonic water and a blueberry garnish.
Two additional signature cocktails, created by Ally’s Bar Manager Stefano Agostino and his team, complete the experience. Each of the three serves offers a different flavor profile, encouraging guests to taste, compare and discuss the drinks at the bar. The clock, however, sets no rules. The focus is on taking the time to discover three alcohol-free cocktails, each with its own character and story.
Following the Aromas

Experienced cocktail drinkers know that understanding what is in the glass begins well before the first sip. Aroma is an essential part of the experience.
At Zerøclock, Ezio Canetti, the brand’s Brand Activation Manager, will guide guests through the botanicals that define Martin Miller’s Zerø. By introducing individual aromas and encouraging guests to identify them in the finished cocktails, he will offer a closer look at how the ingredients contribute to the overall drinking experience.
Recognizing specific aromas makes it easier to articulate tasting impressions, identify which notes stand out and understand how they interact with the other ingredients. More importantly, it helps guests develop a better understanding of what makes a well-crafted cocktail, giving them the confidence to explore alcohol-free options with the same curiosity and discernment they bring to traditional drinks. And perhaps to return to the bar and order something alcohol-free, whatever the hour.
