On the rooftop of Anthill Cocktail & Tapas Bar, citron trees, chilled cocktails and a DJ set arrive while Naples is still fully awake. On May 21, The Yellow Club, the new event created by Tassoni and Coqtail – for fine drinkers, brings the soft clubbing format to the city, building a daytime party that shifts music, mixology and conviviality outside the usual nightlife hours.
Daytime Drinking, the Tassoni Way

The new aperitivo trend now begins in broad daylight, between brunch, DJ sets and increasingly daytime-led social rituals. In Naples, on May 21 from 12 pm to 2 pm, Anthill Cocktail & Tapas Bar fills with low-alcohol and no-alcohol drinks, finger food and guests embracing a more fluid approach to social drinking.
For the occasion, under the banner The Yellow Clubbing, the fifth-floor terrace at Via Toledo 177 will transform into a fragrant citron garden, celebrating the citrus fruit that defines Tassoni’s Cedrata and has long shaped its aromatic identity. The setting frames a format that moves music, cocktails and social interaction into the middle of the day, following a shift currently reshaping the bar world and contemporary lifestyle culture.
The Yellow Club and the Rise of Soft Clubbing

Soft clubbing emerges directly from this change in habits. Club energy migrates into terraces, cafés and sunlit cocktail bars, making room for lighter drinking while preserving the social pull of music and shared experience. It is a format that resonates with those seeking a more balanced relationship with nightlife without giving up the atmosphere of a party.
What’s on the Menu

And that is the logic behind The Yellow Club on May 21, named after Tassoni’s signature yellow and its Cedrata, which also takes centre stage in the cocktail list created by Anthill bar manager Miriam Pisaniello.
Alongside the classic Cedrata, the selection includes Cedrata Zero, Tonica Superfine Zero Tassoni, Bitter del Lago, Gin Superfine al Cedro and Botanico Superfine Zero, the alcohol-free spirit designed to recreate the flavour profile and experience of distilled spirits such as gin.
Among the cocktails, guests will find the BloodyTass, with vodka, Bitter del Lago Tassoni, pepper mix and Cedrata Tassoni, and GentleTass, made with Gin Superfine al Cedro Tassoni, lemon and basil cordial, and Cedrata Zero Tassoni.
The alcohol-free offering includes the Americano Sbagliato, built with Bitter 0, Botanico Superfine Zero Tassoni and Cedrata Tassoni, alongside Fig.0, combining fig and linden cordial with Tonica Superfine Zero Tassoni. A menu focused on freshness, citrus and drinkability, aligned with a direction increasingly visible across contemporary mixology, particularly among Gen Z drinkers who move naturally between alcoholic and alcohol-free choices within the same occasion.
Finger Food, Music and Daytime Socialising

What would a party be without pairings and vinyl? Alongside the cocktails, Michelin-starred chef Giuseppe Iannotti will serve finger food designed to complement the brighter citrus profile of the drinks, including beef carpaccio with aioli, tomato and black olives; bao with ragù; chickpea hummus with avocado and mixed seeds; and meatballs topped with Parmesan espuma.
The soundtrack comes from Red, a familiar name on the Naples scene, whose DJ set will run throughout the event, preserving the musical pulse at the centre of the format.
The event will also host the presentation of Measures, the eighth issue of Coqtail – for fine drinkers. Featuring a special Tassoni cover, the issue explores the concept of measure in contemporary mixology, from recipe balance to new drinking rituals such as soft clubbing itself.
