Since its debut in 2019, Roma Bar Show has evolved from a national trade event into one of the industry’s key international gatherings. The 2026 edition, taking place on 14 and 15 September at La Nuvola in Rome’s EUR district, marks another turning point, reflecting ambitions that extend well beyond a change of venue.
The Rise of Roma Bar Show 2026 Focuses on B2B, Networking and Education
“The arrival of Fiere di Parma last year accelerated a path we had already begun,” says Andrea Fofi, Ceo of Roma Bar Show and one of the leading voices in Italy’s cocktail community. “Our goal is to make the event increasingly international and B2B-focused, while continuing to create meaningful opportunities for education, networking and business.” That vision takes shape through several new initiatives. “The Buyers Programme has been expanded and is now supported by a matchmaking platform that allows exhibitors and buyers to schedule meetings throughout the show.
Business Room, No-Low ABV and Best Italian Heritage Bar

A new Business Room will host discussions ranging from venue management to brand building, while the fast-growing no- and low-ABV segment will have a dedicated area and cocktail bar for the first time.” Regional participation also takes on a larger role. Lazio and Calabria will showcase local producers, while the inaugural Best Italian Heritage Bar award will celebrate venues that have helped shape Italy’s hospitality and cocktail culture. Education remains at the heart of the event, with an extensive programme of talks and seminars designed to give professionals practical tools as well as fresh perspectives. “We want everyone who comes to La Nuvola to leave with new ideas, valuable connections and resources that can help grow their business,” Fofi says. A bold new direction? For him, the answer is straightforward: “A certainty.”
