Mixology Attraction 2026: The Rimini Trade Fair Marks 11 Years With a Slate of New Developments

From 15 to 17 February 2026, the beverage industry and bar culture converge at Rimini Expo Centre for Mixology Attraction, the dedicated mixology programme within Beer&Food Attraction. It is also a chance to meet the editorial team of Coqtail – for fine drinkers in person, thanks to a dedicated stand and a live talk.

Mixology Attraction 2026: A Success Already Written

From Sunday 15 to Tuesday 17 February 2026, 10:00 am to 6:00 pm, the Rimini fairgrounds on Via Emilia 155 host the 11th edition of Beer&Food Attraction. A well-established event, it has become a key reference point for the cocktail world as well. Mixology Attraction, its spirits-focused section, arrives at the starting line with highly encouraging figures. Two years ago, 59 brands took part; in 2026, the number rises to 130 — a growth of more than 120%. As a result, exhibition space has expanded too, with a 30% increase compared to 2025, allowing exhibitors to be properly accommodated.

There is another reason for cautious optimism. Data collected by Circana, which set the tone for the International Horeca Meeting, show that on-premise consumption has returned to pre-Covid levels. The outlook remains uncertain for several reasons, but it is no longer as bleak as it was just a few years ago.

The Three Pillars of Mixology Attraction

The sharp rise in brands and exhibitors has led to Mixology Attraction being structured around three distinct focus areas. Mixology Circus hosts talks, masterclasses and leading bartenders. Those interested in the core building blocks of a drink can head to Mixology Village, featuring a curated selection of spirits, soft drinks, juices, syrups, ready-to-drink products and low- and no-alcohol beverages. Completing the picture is Sparkling&Mix, an area entirely dedicated to sparkling wines and their role in cocktail making.

Bars and Bartenders

The 2026 edition of Mixology Circus welcomes a roster of standout names. Among them, the cocktail bar at Aman Venice with bar manager Antonio Ferrara; Hawaiki with Samantha Migani; and Kaona Room with Daniele Dalla Pola. L’Antiquario is represented by founder Alex Frezza, Moebius by Giovanni Allario, Ramas by Rama Redzepi, and Rita Tiki’s Room by Alessandro D’Alessio and Edoardo Nono. Also taking part are Vesper with Lucia Montanelli and Volare with Giuseppe Doria and Roberto De Leonardis.

Coqtail – for fine drinkers Takes Over Mixology Attraction

Coqtail srl will also be present with a dedicated stand, B5, showcasing the latest print issue of the magazine. On Sunday 15 February, from 2:15 pm to 3:00 pm, visitors should not miss the talk moderated by the magazine’s founders, Chiara Degl’Innocenti and Penelope Vaglini, joined by Niccolò Amadori of Alto Rooftop in Cervia, Emanuele Primavera of Cinquanta Spirito Italiano, and Rama Redzepi from Grand Hotel Fasano.
